Countdown Kids Hospital Appeal

Through the generosity of the public and fundraising efforts of the Countdown team, over the past 12 years $2 million has been raised for our children’s services.

Each year the funds have supported the purchase of additional equipment including electric beds, infant ventilators, sensory equipment; wheelchairs for children in the community; and a non-invasive bilirubin monitor for maternity.

Te Whatu Ora Southern and our patients are very grateful to receive these donations from Countdown and for the support of their staff and local customers - their contributions are invaluable.
