Habit Health, based in Cromwell Medical Centre, has a team of physiotherapists, sport and musculoskeletal physiotherapists. We have regular visiting doctors and specialists to provide concussion and pain management clinics, neuropsychological screening and rehabilitation, and paediatric services.
Our wider South Island interdisciplinary team consists of occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, physiotherapists, a hand therapist, vocational consultants, and speech language therapists.
