    Clients have a complimentary no-obligation consultation with a specialist from the Freedom Medical Alarms team who can help the client find the right device that best suits them.  They can provide information to understand whether the client is eligible for full funding of their medical alarm and assist with any other questions they have.

    Charges

    We are a Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) accredited supplier, approved by the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), so medical alarms can be fully funded, provided clients are eligible for the Disability Allowance.

    ACC Clients:  ACC may fully fund the medical alarm please contact us to discuss.

    If clients are not eligible for government funding there is the option to pay privately please contact us on 0800 380 280 to discuss further.

    We cover the cost of emergency ambulance call outs resulting from our clients using their medical alarm to call for help.
