    Kia ora, we are Arataki Wellness Centre, a virtual health GP clinic offering easily accessible services in the comfort of your own home.

    We provide a convenient service for same-day prescriptions throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.

    If you need a prescription refill, a second opinion or some wellness guidance, available 24/7.

    We specialise in providing care for intravenous nutritional therapies and medicinal cannabinoids.

    Our services are provided by New Zealand Medical Council vocationally registered medical practitioners.

    Services Provided

    Repeat Prescriptions
    We facilitate the issuing of repeat prescriptions  by evaluating the suitability and eligibility of each individual based on information  provided by the individual and other information available to us such as from their own GP, Testsafe , pharmacy dispensing information and other sources of health information. If we are unable to secure the appropriate information, we will not be issuing a prescription. Furthermore, a copy of prescription(s) issued will be sent to their nominated  GP.
    Telehealth Consultation

    A virtual consultation is a way of having an appointment with your healthcare provider, but not in person. This is usually done via a video app or a phone call. For more detailed information about telehealth consultations, please see the guide from Healthify.

    IV Nutrition
     - IV Nutrition Evaluation $150.00
     - IV Nutrition Evaluation PP $50.00 ​

    Cannabinoid Evaluation
     - First encounter $40.00
     - 1st Repeat $30.00
     - 2nd Repeat $20.00 ‌‌
    Cannabinoid VC (phone and/or video) $150 per 20 minutes

    Second opinion/ referrals by booked appointment VC/AC $150.00 for 20 minutes

    P‌rescriptions Support Service Fees ‌
     - Initial Request $30.00
     - Subsequent Requests with no changes $10.00
     - Subsequent Requests with changes* $20.00 
      - Same Day Request Additional $11.00 ‌

     *Changes = other medications, change of dose, change of brand, change of chemist/pharmacy.
